The products we deliver to you are original content. You alone hold the full copyright to these products and materials. You agree to protect and defend the Company from any unauthorized use of the materials we provide. Any unauthorized use of the products or content on this website may result in legal penalties.

No Plagiarism

We do not support or take part in plagiarism or any dishonest activities. We follow copyright laws strictly and do not allow customers to commit plagiarism or violate these laws.

The Company and its affiliates do not take responsibility for any misuse of the products or materials from our site, which is unethical, illegal, or improper. This includes problems such as plagiarism, legal action, academic penalty, or other sanctions. The purchaser is solely responsible for any disciplinary or legal action arising from misuse of the material.

Our Policy for Using Images

We do not own the copyright for images unless they are created by our in-house illustrators. We do not make use of copyrighted images ourselves. Instead, we give links to recommended images, which you can copy and use. You can use royalty-free images freely, but in case you wish to use copyrighted images, you might have to pay the owner(s).

Refunds

You can get a full refund (excluding transaction fees) if you request it before we begin working on your order. Once the order is delivered, you’re no longer eligible for a full refund. If we have already initiated the work, we cannot provide a refund, as the time invested in the project cannot be reclaimed. The products and services are non-refundable and come with no warranties, expressed or implied. But you can get one free revision if you are not satisfied. If you are still not satisfied with the quality, you can request a 50% refund.

The 50% refund will be processed after we verify your quality concerns. If you wish to request a full refund, your case will be reviewed by an evaluation committee, which will make an unbiased judgment after reviewing the evidence and facts.

Limitations on Revisions

Editing Orders: We will revise the content to correct any objective or technical errors. If there are no such errors, any further revisions will be at the Company's discretion.

Ghostwriting Orders: We will revise small sections of the material until you approve them. Once you approve the content, any additional revisions will be charged at an editing rate.

Limitation of Liability

You agree to release and hold the Company and its affiliates (employees, officers, agents, etc.) harmless from any losses, damages, claims, or actions related to the Products, including but not limited to:

• Issues with phone, electronic, network, or computer malfunctions.
• Delayed or incomplete computer transmissions.
• Conditions beyond the Company’s control that may cause delays or disruptions.
• Any injuries or damages resulting from using our services.
• Any printing or typographical errors in materials related to our services.

Additionally, you agree to defend and indemnify the Company and its affiliates against any claims or lawsuits made by third parties due to your use of our services, breach of terms, or violations of others' rights.

The Company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages related to the use of this website. However, some jurisdictions may not allow such limitations, so this may not apply to you.

You acknowledge and agree that we may change the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions at any time. We recommend reviewing these pages occasionally, as any changes will be updated here.
