Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, completed and delivered orders are not eligible for returns. However, we are committed to quality and client satisfaction. For services such as editing, proofreading, or similar content-based work, we provide a structured revision process to address any quality-related concerns.
If the delivered work does not align with the specifications provided at the time of order placement, we will initiate an internal review. Where appropriate, the content will be revised or recreated at no additional cost.
To be eligible for revisions, you must notify us of any concerns within fifteen (15) days of receiving the completed work.
Each service package includes a defined revision policy, as detailed in the respective service description. Revision requests must be submitted within fifteen (15) days after the order status is updated to “Waiting for Customer Approval” in our Order Management Platform. The exact revision window may vary depending on the package selected.
Revisions may be requested once the work is delivered for review and the status reflects “Waiting for Customer Approval.” All revision requests should be communicated directly to your assigned Project Manager via email to ensure alignment with your original requirements.
Upon fulfillment, all content is delivered in editable Word format. You are free to make personal modifications to the content, as full usage rights are transferred to you prior to publication.
A refund request based on delivery issues will only be considered after all of the following conditions have been met:
Project Compliance: The delivered work must materially fail to meet the requirements provided at the time of order placement. We strive for complete customer satisfaction and offer unlimited revisions where applicable. This may include reassignment of the project, rewriting of content, or reserving complimentary pages of equal value for future use.
If, after exhausting these corrective measures, we are unable to meet your original requirements, a partial refund may be issued based on mutual agreement. Any refund will be calculated as a percentage and will only apply if the final delivery substantially deviates from the initial request.
If you choose to cancel your project after placing an order, you may request a full refund within one (1) hour of purchase. Refund requests submitted after this time frame will be subject to a forty percent (40%) processing fee to cover administrative and operational costs.
Our Commitment: We make every reasonable effort to deliver projects within the agreed timeline. If a delay occurs due to circumstances solely attributable to us, and the client has made at least three documented attempts to contact us, a fifty percent (50%) refund may be issued, provided there is clear evidence that the delay resulted from our error.
Client-Related Delays: Refunds will not be granted for delays caused by client actions, including but not limited to delayed feedback, incomplete instructions, or changes in project scope.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amazone Self Publishers, including its affiliates, parent entities, subsidiaries, partners, licensors, advertisers, sponsors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives, from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising directly or indirectly from your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
